Briana's Notes:
Funny how pale the crew looks next to Diyero and his family, eh?
I don't think I've bothered to explain yet why Sauda's hair is only dyed in streaks, rather than her whole head, right? Well, in Sauda's village, it was tradition for the unmarried adult women to only partially dye their hair. When they married, they would dye the rest of their hair to symbolize becoming a "full" woman. Even though Sauda and Jabin are married, they both found they liked her hair better in streaks and kept it that way. So it's mostly a cosmetic choice at this point.
